Origin and Processing
It grows in Nabusimake – Siringunguru, in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in the department of Cesar, Colombia. This territory is independent from the Andes and close to the Caribbean, creating very particular conditions for high-altitude coffee production.
The coffee is grown by the Arhuaco Indigenous Community, in an area where several families produce coffee while respecting their territory, traditions, and ancestral relationship with the land. The Typica variety brings an elegant, clean, and aromatically well-defined cup.
The washed process, with 48 hours of fermentation followed by sun drying, helps highlight clarity, sweetness, and citrus acidity. The result is a clean, balanced, and highly enjoyable cup: more classic than the natural from the same region, but with the same strong sense of origin.
