Rounded, stable, and very easy to enjoy, this coffee delivers a classic Brazilian cup with a sweet cocoa base, nuts, and a smooth, pleasant mouthfeel. It is built for everyday drinking: approachable, balanced, and uncomplicated, while still keeping the clarity and character of good specialty coffee.

Flavor Profile

  • Main notes: nuts, cocoa, soft chocolate
  • Acidity: low to medium, gentle, and well integrated
  • Body: medium, rounded, and balanced
  • Aftertaste: sweet, clean, and pleasant, with a soft cocoa and nutty impression

Origin and Processing

It grows in Espírito Santo do Pinhal, in the Mogiana region of Brazil, at Chácara Santo Antônio, a farm connected to Andrea Costa’s family since the 1960s. The coffee trees grow between 800 and 1,100 m.a.s.l., in an area known for sweet, rounded, and highly versatile coffees.

The main variety in this lot is Red Catuai, processed as Natural. The cherries are sun-dried on stone patios and turned regularly to ensure an even drying process. The result is a clean, easy-drinking cup with a classic Brazilian profile that works especially well in espresso, moka pot, and fully automatic machines.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Classic and balanced profile: ideal for a comfortable and stable cup
  • Cocoa and nuts: a soft, recognizable, and highly enjoyable combination
  • Easy-going natural process: more sweetness and roundness without heaviness
  • Perfect for everyday use: versatile, straightforward, and well resolved

Ideal for
