Its character is sweet, balanced, and beautifully approachable, with a rounded body, gentle acidity, and a clean, lingering finish.

Sweet Canopy comes from Riverdale Coffee Estate in Yercaud, Tamil Nadu, India, a mountainous area of the Eastern Ghats.

The coffee grows at approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, surrounded by abundant vegetation and a diverse agricultural landscape.

The SLN 9 variety produces a structured, sweet cup with chocolate, caramelized nuts, and delicate stone-fruit notes.

Washed processing helps preserve flavor clarity and balance, allowing the sweetness and rounded texture to shine.
