Origin and Processing

Geisha Cloud Blossom comes from Finca El Llano in Acatenango, Chimaltenango, Guatemala, a mountainous coffee-growing area known for its potential to produce beautifully expressive specialty coffees.

The coffee is grown by Raúl Pérez, who has dedicated his work to developing this small family farm through careful cultivation and the introduction of selected varieties.

This Geisha grows in one of the highest areas of the estate, at approximately 1,750 meters above sea level.

Access to this particular plot is challenging, requiring agricultural work to be carried out on foot. Cultivation and harvesting therefore demand exceptional care and dedication.

After harvesting, the coffee cherries are transported to Finca La Soledad for processing.

The coffee undergoes 70–80 hours of fermentation in a tank without added water, followed by washing and slow drying on raised beds for approximately 14–20 days.

This carefully managed process supports a beautifully clear aromatic expression, allowing bergamot, apricot, and delicate floral notes to shine.

The result is an elegant, fresh, and refined Geisha designed to be enjoyed slowly.
