Origin and Processing
Finca El Naranjo was founded in 1920 by the Moreira Latour family and is located between the Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes, near the Cerro Balam Juyu biological corridor.
Today, José Moreira continues the family tradition, combining his background in agronomy with a careful approach to coffee cultivation and processing.
This Bourbon comes from a small experimental lot processed using the White Honey method, a distinctive departure from the farm's traditional washed coffees.
The result is a different expression of the variety, highlighting its delicate floral character and expressive red fruit notes.
