Origin and Processing
Fazenda Cerrado Grande is located in Santo Antônio do Amparo, in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais.
Raquel Ribeiro Aguiar manages the farm alongside an experienced team, combining her family's coffee heritage with a dedication to careful production and consistent quality.
This lot features the Yellow Catucaí variety and undergoes natural processing.
The ripe coffee cherries are dried whole before the outer fruit layers are removed, a method that contributes to the coffee's sweetness, rounded body and delicate fruit characteristics.
