Berry Eclipse comes from La Marquesa, Sotará, in Colombia's Cauca region, a mountainous coffee-growing area with a long agricultural tradition and excellent conditions for specialty coffee production.

The coffee grows at 1,850 meters above sea level, where altitude contributes to the development of expressive aromatics and vibrant fruit acidity.

The Pink Bourbon variety is particularly appreciated for its aromatic complexity, distinctive fruit notes, and elegant acidity.

This coffee is processed at Área 18, a specialized processing center dedicated to carefully controlled methods for high-quality coffee.

After selection and cleaning, the cherries are depulped and the beans are transferred to a stainless-steel bioreactor for a 48-hour controlled aerobic fermentation.

During fermentation, important parameters such as oxygen supply, temperature, pH, and Brix levels are monitored.

Once fermentation is complete, the coffee undergoes three washing cycles before continuing through drying and final preparation.
