98% Monkey - Coffee Roaster is a small specialty coffee brand born from a clear idea: to select good coffees, roast them with care and share them in an honest, simple and well-crafted way.

We work with selected coffees from different origins, giving importance to traceability, bean quality, process, sensory profile and the freshness of each lot. Every coffee that enters our shop must have a reason: balance, sweetness, character or a story worth telling.

Our approach is artisanal, direct and without unnecessary decoration. We believe in the value of small details: a good origin, a precise roast, the right grind size and a cup prepared with calm.

98% Monkey does not aim to be just another shop. We aim to offer a more conscious, closer and more authentic coffee experience.
